MDmax ST frame structure in the skeleton, partition, mounting plate are made of aluminum-zinc plate, especially suitable for use in humid, salt spray, gas and other environments.

The use of aluminum and zinc plates reduces the painting and electroplating process and protects the environment. Compliance with ISO-14001 Environmental Management International

The aluminum-zinc alloy structure of the aluminum-zinc plate is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4 zinc and 1.6 silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600 degrees C, which is composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc combined with fine quaternary crystals, forming a strong and effective barrier to avoid corrosion factor penetration. When zinc is dedicated to maintenance at the cutting edge and scratching the scratched part of the coating, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer, showing the function of barrier maintenance.

The cabinet shell is made of steel plate covered by electroplating and powder coating to ensure the highest durability.
The frame of the MDmaxST adopts self-supporting frame structure. It is assembled by double-folded G-profiles, and the frame is arranged with modulus holes at intervals of 25mm. The cabinet frame is convenient to assemble and extremely strong. The entire frame is precisely connected by horizontal and longitudinal bolts, and the frame structure is maintenance-free. The skeleton, partition plate and mounting plate are made of aluminum-zinc plate.
