ABB MDrail-E & Schneider Prisma-E complete switchgear complies with international standards such as IEC60439, GB7251, BSEN60439, and AS3439. The system's installation and connection are carried out according to IEC60364 and DIN VDE0105 standards.
ABB MDrail-E & Schneider Prisma-E distribution cabinets adopt a standard modular design, with a compact structure and strong versatility. The width, height, and depth of the cabinet can be expanded in any direction according to the standard module (E=25mm) .
ABB MDrail-E & Schneider Prisma-E distribution cabinets use a full metal shell, with doors available in glass or metal, and an opening angle of up to 180°; the cabinet installation methods are wall-mounted and floor-standing. The wall-mounted cabinet uses 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, while the floor-standing cabinet uses 2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate.
The cabinet is available in either assembled or welded types. The entire cabinet is coated with epoxy resin powder through electrostatic spraying and has a matte finish, with the shell color being RAL7035 light gray, and the internal electrical installation board being RAL2000 orange-yellow, complemented by black door locks and hinges, as well as a unique nameplate design, making the overall color scheme elegant and beautiful.
The protection level of ABB MDrail-E & Schneider Prisma-E distribution cabinets is IP30-IP54.
